After a visit to the spa yesterday, I was massively disappointed with the service I received. My girlfriend has been a member of the local gym for ten years on and off. We arrived yesterday to use the pool facilities on my girlfriends membership card only to be told her membership had ran out before 12 months and her card confiscated. The blonde middle aged lady was extremely rude and not only embarrassed us in front of the que of people but also tried to charge us £30 each to use the pool. A figure I can only imagine has been plucked out of thin air. After looking up the reviews on trip advisor i have noticed that lots of different figures for using the facilities have been banded about, from £12-£40.
A clear pricing structure needs putting into place. The facilities are in need of a much overdue update with missing tiles and empty water dispensers. Very very unhappy and disappointed.

Went to a ladies pamper evening last night it was amazing. Had a lovely back massage and used the spa facilities. Would definitely recommend the last drop village to others :) very happy customer x

Lovely relaxing day. Had a warm welcome by reception staff. We did go on a weekend so we expected it to be a little busy which it was.
Towels, robes and slippers were provided. Changing rooms/shower areas were clean.
Pool was lovely and clean (a few children in as on a weekend but all were well behaved).
The hydrotherapy pool was amazing. I myself never used the sauna and steam rooms as i'm pregnant but my mum asured me the were lovely.
Only complaint I have was that there were only 8 to 10 loungers and for the 3 hours we were there people had left their towels, robes, personal items on them whilst using the facilites so noboby else could use them. There should be robe/towel hooks put up and a sign so this cant happen.
My treatments were amazing and my therapist was lovely.
The relaxation room & dinning area were a little on the small side and there were no seats availiable when we first went up but they were clean and tidy.
Tea/coffee and fruit juice was availiable at no extra charge.
We also had a lunch box (prawn noddle) which was well presented and very tasty.
Can't wait to book again but would go midweek.

The Spa is a wonderful place to come and relax. All the staff are very friendly and will always go above and beyond to accomadate you. Everything is clean, but there could be a little spruce needed in areas. Overall, I will recommend this place over and over.

Don't normally write reviews but me and my friend had such a good time here. me & my friend came for the ladies spa night on Thursday evening and stayed overnight. I also took my little dog. We both loved our treatments can't remember who did my message but she was lovely. the spa was so relaxing after a hard week at work got back to the room feeling so refreshed. The room itself was lovely and clean, food was good and really enjoyed the cocktails in the bar all the staff was so friendly. I enjoyed it that much upon checking out I went to reception to book again for a few days in August. Love the fact your dog friendly too. 100% will be coming regular. Nothing was to much trouble and well worth a visit. XXXX
