5* service, Nikki has just been round to do our rabbits nails - he is known for his sassiness and tantrums but Nikki managed to clip his nail with no problem! Would highly recommend! Bear (the rabbit) was relaxed being at home in his own environment whereas if we took him to the vets to get them done he would be stressed and unhappy! Great service, look forward to next time :) thanks Nikki x

we've had Nikki round 3 times now to empty Poppys glands and I'm so pleased with the service because poppy really wasn't happy the 1st time but yesterday she was so happy to see you and didn't even flinch when you was emptying them , one very happy owner and pooch 😁 x

Nikki came today to our dog to clip his dewclaws and was brilliant. Our dog isn’t the most accommodating of vets (!) and Nikki was superb. Would highly recommend and we’ll use her again.

We're first time rabbit owners and asked for Nickys help with handling and giving meds to our bun after surgery. She's great, really knowledgeable and reassuring. Nikki came to clip the nails of our elderly Boxer dog. We were a little anxious, as he had never had his nails clipped before. Nikki was very reassuring and so calm that I don't think our dog even realised what was going on!

I contacted Nikki yesterday to arrange an appointment for my 11 year old Labrador to have his nails clipped. Murphy doesn’t like having this done and gets very stressed out. She called this afternoon and has done a great job with his nails and keeping him calm and happy. Will definitely use again

Came across Nikki on social media. Been debating whether to book in at the vets or to nip to a local pet store to have our 2 guinea pigs nails clipped...I knew instantly that Nikki was our answer...she messaged me straight back and she booked us in within a matter of days... I explained that one of our guinea pigs is poorly at the minute and she offered to have a look at him...she arrived on time and without hesitation checked over our poorly Harry and instantly gave us advice and reassurance and clipped both of their nails, both guinea pigs barely even flinched. Nikki shaved the matts out of my Main Coon, shiloh today. He's good about it and Nikki was very quick with him. He wasn't too stressed and all done within 10 minutes. Brilliant. She also snipped my dogs nails and had a look at her teeth for me. No more hefty vet bills for me anymore. Will use Nikki everytime for their beauty therapies. Thank you Nikki. X

I called Nikki today regarding a problem my cat had developed with mats in her fur. Nikki arranged to come the same day and has done a great job. She was very patient with my cat even when she got a bit irritable and handled her really well. She also checked her nails and offered advice on another issue she had with her skin. I would definitely recommend Nikki and will be using her again. The whole experience was much easier, less stressful and much less expensive than a trip to the vets.

From the moment we met Nikki we knew she was the right person to walk our two 'challenging' staffies! It takes someone with experience to handle them, but we knew they would be in safe hands.
